PLEASE NOTE: You must print this email confirmation and present it to our friendly staff at one of the following locations to exchange it for your Ticket:
- Onboard the Tram at any of our 11 Tram Stops along the circuit
- Tram Station Shop, Cathedral Junction off Worcester Street, Christchurch
- Gondola Base Station, 10 Bridle Path Road, Heathcote Valley, Christchurch
(NB: Tram only confirmations must be presented to Tram Staff. Gondola only confirmations must be presented to Gondola Staff. River Rail Combo confirmations must be presented to Tram Station.)
Your email confirmation remains valid until the date it is presented. You are not bound to the date you have booked above, this confirmation is valid for ANY day/date you wish to visit us. All multi-pass tickets are flexible, attractions do not have to be visited on the same day however, transport between attractions is not included.

Christchurch Gondola – Enjoy spectacular 360 degree views, relax in our Café or Restaurant, go shopping, wander the walkways and journey back in time on our Time Tunnel Ride Experience. Located only 15 minutes drive from the central city with plenty of free parking for cars, motor-homes and coaches.We also have a direct shuttle service departing regularly from the Tram Stop in Cathedral Square. $10 return Adult and $5 return Child. City Bus services, (No. 28 & No. 35) visit the Gondola Base Station every 15mins from the central city Bus Exchange. A two hour return ticket costs just $3.20pp.
Christchurch Tramway – Enjoy an entertaining and informative tour of Christchurch’s inner city onboard our beautifully restored heritage trams. Use your ticket to hop on and off as often as you like, exploring the many attractions along the route. There are eleven tram stops along the 2.5km central city circuit. It takes roughly 25 minutes to complete a full city loop.
Punting on the Avon – Relax and sink back into the velvet cushions of your boat as you gently glide down the Avon River, through the beautiful inner city of Christchurch. Enjoy our 30 minute punt rides from your choice of two stunning locations – City or Park. Your River Rail confirmation must be presented to our friendly staff at the Tram Station, to exchange it for your ticket.
