The Summit CaféSet atop the Gondola Summit Station, the Summit Café offers delicious snacks, light meals and beverages. All our food is prepared on the premises under the direction of our chef. Try one of our freshly baked muffins, a hot coffee fresh from the espresso machine, or cool off with a chilled juice.
Soak in the magnificent views as you relax and savour your meal, while your smaller children play in the indoor play area. The café offers table seating and more informal couches suitable for family groups.
The outside balcony, which wraps around 3 sides of the building with vistas out over the Canterbury Plains and Banks Peninsula, has a set of viewing binoculars at the western end and is perfect for taking memorable photographs.
The Summit Café is open from 10.00 a.m. every day.
