MARK FORSTER - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mark joined the Welcome Aboard Group in November 2002. Mark has been involved in the Tourism Industry for the last 14 years and is happy to assist you with any operations queries you may have.

Raina has an extensive background in Tourism having spent the last twelve years working in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom. BLAIR HARTLAND - international marketing manager
Blair has a vast background in the Travel industry having worked for Christchurch & Canterbury Tourism for over six years as the International Marketing Manager. Following this he began his own business, Tourism Frontiers, assisting tourism operators in marketing and promoting their activities & attractions off-shore.  LYNNE SMITH - SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE  
Lynne moved to New Zealand from Australia 14 years ago and has been involved in tourism for the past eight years.  Lynne has been a travel consultant with Pacific Travel and worked with Christchurch & Canterbury Tourism in the i-SITE as a frontline consultant and supervisor.

Gondola Cableway Operator
We currently have five full time Cableway Operators and several part time/casual staff. Each staff member is given the necessary training required to operate the cableway and if you wish to know more about this interesting career, please contact Operations Manager, Mark Forster.

Our friendly team at the Gondola Shop at the Top sell tickets and a wide range of quality gifts and souvenirs to suit all budgets. If you wish to know more about working in our retail store, please contact our Retail Manager, Angelika Dermech.

The Summit Café and Pinnacle Restaurant is operated by well respected catering company – Compass Group. The Pinnacle Restaurant team includes several talented Chefs and wait staff. We pride ourselves on providing the best in quality service and cuisine.
