Conferences and Events The Christchurch Gondola Top Station is an exceptional place to hold a stylish function! Where else can your guests arrive at the venue by Gondola? Our spaces are adaptable and versatile and our level of service and food is simply second to none.
Function guests can enjoy breathtaking views from our Crater Room, looking out over Lyttleton Harbour and beyond to Akaroa and the volcanic peaks of Banks Peninsula. From the Pinnacle Venue, as well as the views to the East, the panorama stretches over the city to Pegasus Bay and across the Canterbury Plains to the Southern Alps.
CRATER RIM Room
The Crater Room has sublime views of Banks Peninsula and the Port Hills. Able to be configured to your requirements, the Crater Room is suitable for weddings, meetings, meals and private functions.

The one-day Gondola Grand Tour is a perfect choice for partner’s programmes.
Gondola Guided Walk
Your delegates will enjoy the break for stunning views, fresh air and exercise with our one-hour Gondola Guided Walk. The landscape comes alive as your guide gives an introduction to the history and geography of the area. Available for groups up to 16 persons.
